Taxis
Taxi ranks are located outside the arrivals area (door 8) at the international terminal and outside door 4 at the domestic terminal. You can pre-book with one of the companies listed below or just turn up at the terminal ranks – taxis and shuttles are always available.
Car hire
At the international terminal rental car services have been temporarily relocated at the rental car pick up zone, please exit via door 8 and follow the signs for Rental cars, it is a 5–7-minute covered walk. The rental car offices are on the left-hand side of the building. Domestic travellers can find rental car operators on the ground floor of the multi-level car park building, directly opposite the domestic terminal forecourt.

Ride-share
The Rideshare zone is located behind the multi-story carpark at the domestic terminal and outside door 11 at the international terminal.

Auckland Airport charges $4 per pick up and $4 per drop off, at the domestic terminal and $5.00 per pick up and $3.00 per drop off at the International terminal.

- Bus, Train, and Ferry Services operate throughout Auckland CBD.
- Pay for travel on buses, trains and ferries using an AT HOP card. Cash can be used to purchase a paper ticket for train and ferry travel only.
