The NARST Graduate Student Committee invites graduate students to submit abstracts for the 2026 Graduate Student Research Symposium at the NARST Annual International Conference in Seattle, WA, USA (April 19–22, 2026). This 90-minute poster session provides an opportunity to present works-in-progress, receive feedback from a symposium advisor, and strengthen your research and presentation skills.
Key details:
- Abstract due: November 1, 2025
- Notification: December 15, 2025
- Conference paper due: April 1, 2026 (20 pages, double-spaced)
- Abstracts must be original work not previously published or presented at other conferences.
- 500-word abstracts should include: Title, Subject/Problem, Design/Procedure, Initial Analyses/Findings, and Contribution/Significance. Do not include your name in the abstract.
Selected participants will be matched with a symposium advisor for individualized feedback prior to the conference.
