Parking

Crowne Plaza Queenstown offers a valet parking service only at the hotel which does incur a fee per night. Simply leave your keys with the Concierge Team and one of our Concierges will park your vehicle for you.

 

Queenstown Airport Transport Options

International flights operate between Queenstown and four Australian destinations - Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and the Gold Coast. Flights are provided by Air New ZealandJetstarQantas and Virgin Australia.

Queenstown Airport is located 10 minutes' drive from the town centre, in the suburb of Frankton.

Bus

The Orbus services all major hotels and motels every 15 minutes including Queenstown Airport. The fare to downtown Queenstown is $10 for adults and takes approximately 25 minutes. Reservations are not required. Tickets are available from the driver.

Shuttle

shuttle is a cost effective way to travel into the centre of the town from the airport, approximately $10 per person. Discounts apply if two or more people are travelling together. Shuttles are normally shared with other passenger groups. The journey can take up to 30 minutes at peak traffic times or when there are several drop-offs along the way.

Taxi

Travelling by taxi takes approximately 15 minutes and the price range is $45 - $55 to the centre of town. If you’re travelling to the airport by taxi, make sure you allow plenty of time.

Car rental

Major rental car companies operate from the terminal building. Bookings are strongly recommended.
