The STEM Education Research Team at the University of the Sunshine Coast is conducting an important study aimed at understanding how teacher educators across STEM disciplines perceive the purpose and pedagogies of STEM education. This study is guided by the National STEM School Education Strategy 2016–2026 and seeks to explore these perceptions among teacher educators in Australia and internationally.

They invite teacher educators from science, technology, engineering, and mathematics disciplines in Australian universities to participate in this research.

How to Participate:

  1. Complete an Anonymous Online Survey: The survey will take approximately 15 minutes to complete. Click here to begin the survey
  2. Optional Follow-Up Interview: Upon completing the survey, you can indicate your interest in participating in a 30-minute follow-up interview with a member of the research team. Participants in the interview will be asked to provide contact details for further communication.
