ISDDE Virtual Conference – March 24, 2021
The International Society for Design and Development in Education (ISDDE) will hold their first online international day conference on Wednesday 24th March, 2021. This conference will:
- be hosted in three phases across 24 hours with contributions from Far East, Europe/Africa and Americas time zones;
- include the announcement of the prestigious ISDDE Prize for excellence in design for education in mathematics, science or technology;
- include plenaries, interviews, panels and discussions; and
- focus on design in mathematics and science of curricula, resources, assessment, professional learning, teaching and learning with technology.
Australia is hosting the Far East phase of the conference which will be held from 3pm – 6pm (AEDT) on Wednesday 24th March. The theme of this conference phase is Designing with the User in Mind and will include presentations from across the Australasian community on designing for teachers, students and pre-service teachers.
We hope this virtual conference will grow the ISDDE community and warmly invite all ASERA members to attend.
