Subscriptions General Terms
Membership applications to ASERA must be accompanied by a subscriptions payment, as indicated on the application page. Lapse of subscriptions payments terminates ASERA membership.
Disputes and Refunds
All complaints, grievances and disputes will be treated seriously, quickly and in a timely manner, having due regard to procedural fairness and confidentiality. All parties are required to participate in the dispute resolution process in good faith. If you believe that there has been an error with your subscription or membership application, you should notify us in writing at firstname.lastname@example.org,au as soon as possible so that we can resolve your query quickly. If you are not satisfied with the outcome you can still refer it to your financial institution which will obtain details of the disputed transaction and may lodge a claim on your behalf.
It is your responsibility to ensure that there are sufficient clear funds available in your account. You should check your account statement to verify that the amounts debited from your account are correct. Please notify email@example.com if any amounts appear incorrect.
It is your responsibility to cancel any recurring subscriptions. Retrospective refunds will not be provided once recurring subscription payments have been made.
Changes and Cancellations
We may vary membership subscription amounts by giving existing members at least 21 days written notice.
Online shopping general terms and methods of payment
All website subscription payments must be paid by VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Diners Club. The cost of recovering any default of payments will be borne by the customer.
Prices are quoted in Australian dollars.
All prices are correct at the time of online publication.
