Gender & STEM Network biennial conference in 2020

Title: ‘STEM Education for the New Work Order: Policy, Practice and Partnerships’

The focus of the conference is on tackling the highly politicised and growing problem of women’s underrepresentation in STEM, through the pipeline beginning with early school experiences until the workforce.

When: 30th July - 1st August 2020

Where: University of Sydney, Australia.

Proposals due by: Nov 1, 2019.

Participants will be leading academics in STEM education from around the world, STEM educators, organisations and policymakers, to stimulate meaningful interdisciplinary discussions, ideas and recommendations.

Organisers note the dates for our ASERA Conference (June 23-26, 2020) in Wollongong and thought it would be great for delegates (especially international visitors) to attend both our events.
