Invitation to 2020 EECERA SIG ‘Digital Childhoods, Multimodality and STEM’ online meetings

The European Early Childhood Education Research Association (EECERA) is an inclusive group of academics, teachers, practitioners and students who are interested in the researching Digital Childhoods, Multimodality and STEM. We have an eclectic mix of members from across the world who are all interested in how technologies are shaping and being shaped, by children.

In lieu of a face-to face meeting at EECERA this year, we are proposing some online events to maintain contact with colleagues ‘virtually’.  These meetings will primarily be planning meetings, rather than presentations of current work (nevertheless, if you are keen to share developments for any of the workstreams get in touch and we can facilitate this).  The idea is to establish networks where we can foster international collaborations.  Last year we divided the SIG up into various workstreams, and this year we need to implement these workstreams into productive collaborations. ASERA member, Sarika Kewalramani, leads the STEM workstream.

The 2020 EECERA SIG ‘Digital Childhoods, Multimodality and STEM’ online meetings comprises of the following dates. The meetings are open to all interested researchers.

Please complete the attached registration form (either pdf or .docx) if you are attending any of the dates indicated above.
