Call for Papers: JOST Special Issue on GenAI, Pre-Service Teachers, and Science Education

The guest editors for this special issue are excited to invite contributions to the Journal of Science Education and Technology (JOST, Q1, H-index 74) for its upcoming special issue titled Intersections of Mind and Machine: Exploring the Convergence of Generative AI, Science Education, and Pre-Service Teachers.

This invitation extends to researchers, educators, and policymakers who are keen to explore how GenAI technologies have impacted the experiences, perceptions, and/or training of PSTs in science education.

The submission deadline is 29th March 2024. For submission guidelines and more information about the scope of the special issue, please refer to the JOST website (https://link.springer.com/journal/10956).

The review process will take place in May-June 2024, with final acceptance by September 2024.

The guest editors for this special issue are Grant Cooper, Kok-Sing Tang, and Ange Fitzgerald.
