You can choose from the following volunteer roles:
- Review abstracts.
- Serve as a conference volunteer.
- Do both!
Here are some key points to consider:
- Conference volunteers who help during the conference week will have their registration fees waived. Please note that travel and accommodation expenses will need to be covered by the volunteers themselves.
- Abstract reviewers will assess up to 20 abstracts during March, with guidance from the conference convenors.
- To qualify as a conference volunteer (Option 2), you must be a full-time HDR student, a member of ASERA, and not in full-time paid employment.
- If you prefer to review abstracts only, your participation is warmly welcomed.
